The Opportunity

We’re expanding our work with government partners and are seeking a Public Sector Account Manager to oversee key government initiatives, ensuring strong communication, smooth delivery, and exceptional client experience.

In this role, you will act as the main liaison between Vaultie and our government partners for major projects. You will coordinate daily check-ins, track progress, and translate government requirements into actionable tasks for our internal team.

You will also be responsible for maintaining clear communication, managing expectations, and ensuring all deliverables align with our contractual obligations and operational goals. You will work closely with team members across product, engineering, and operations to keep projects on track and clients informed.

Reporting to the Public Sector Lead, You will play a critical role in strengthening our government relationships and expanding Vaultie's impact in the public sector.


Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for government clients on assigned projects.

• Lead daily or regular check-ins to provide status updates and track deliverables.

• Translate government requirements into actionable tasks for internal teams.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders across engineering, product, and operations.

• Manage project timelines, risks, and dependencies.

• Prepare progress reports, documentation, and presentations for client meetings.

• Maintain clear, professional communication between Vaultie and government partners.

• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and collaboration.


Qualifications

• 5+ years in project management, account management, or government relations.

• Strong understanding of client relationship management and communication practices.

• Experience working with government or public sector organizations.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Familiarity with project tracking tools (e.g., Asana, Notion, Jira) and CRM systems like HubSpot.


Nice to Haves

• Background in technology, SaaS, or digital identity projects.

• Experience working within compliance-driven or regulated environments.

• PMP, CAPM, or other project management certification.
